Business identity and scope
USA Chimney Pros LLC operates this website and is the business responsible for information collected through it. Privacy questions go to contact@usachimneypros.com. A postal address for notices and the legal obligations that apply are still to be completed.
Information in a service request
The form collects your name, phone number, email, service address, a preferred appointment date and time, and an optional description of the problem. The address is the one you type; it is not verified by an address-checking service. Page context and limited attribution help our team understand the request. The company’s website-measurement app also keeps a copy of an accepted request, with the pages visited before it (see Systems and recipients).
Photos
The request form no longer asks for a photo. If a photo arrives from an earlier version of the form, it has been resized in your browser. The website removes the location and camera details stored in the file and sends the photo only to the company’s mailbox, as an attachment to the request email, through the email delivery service, which keeps a copy for its own retention period. It is not in your confirmation, and it is never sent to the company’s customer-management system or to an AI or image service.
How the company uses information
USA Chimney Pros uses request information to verify its service area, plan an appointment, dispatch its own team, communicate about the requested work, manage contact and data preferences, and see which pages, searches and advertising bring calls and requests. Marketing permission is separate and optional.
Systems and recipients
Requests may be processed by the company’s authorized dispatch staff and the technology services it uses. Today those are an email delivery service, which sends your request to the company’s mailbox and a confirmation to you, and the company’s customer-management system, which receives a copy of the request from this website’s server when you send it, including how you reached the site (the page, and any advertising campaign or click identifier in its address). No address-validation service is connected. Every page also loads the company’s own measurement script from seo-office-os.vercel.app (the company’s SEO Office OS app, hosted by Vercel, with data stored by Supabase). It receives page visits, taps on the phone number and, once a request is accepted, the details typed into the request form (name, phone number, email, address, preferred date and time, and description), sent directly from your browser.
Storage and retention
The website does not keep its own database of requests or photos: each request, and any photo attached to it, exists as the emails described above, and the request details also as the copy in the company’s customer-management system and in the company’s SEO Office OS app, which keeps them until the company deletes them. The operating business has not yet approved a retention schedule for the emails and the customer-management copy.
Analytics and choices
The site uses one measurement script, the company’s own (described under Systems and recipients). It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and works out device type, browser and approximate city from each visit. Page visits and phone taps are recorded without contact details; contact details reach it only from a request you send. Opening any page with ?seo-ignore=1 stops measurement in that browser. Use Contact preferences to request an opt-out, access, correction, or deletion. Identity verification may be required before account information is released or changed.
